Still Getting Caught Up . . .
This is seriously good! Rich in caramel & vanilla with lovely hints of chocolate & whiskey. The background of smooth black teas melds together with these notes perfectly. It’s just so good!
The black tea blend is Assam, Yunnan & Vietnamese – it’s bold yet smooth, so pleasant & invigorating! Then I added cacao shells & nibs for hints of chocolate, vanilla beans & a special recipe of essence to create the overall experience that is what I imagine an “Irish Cream Caramel” flavor to taste like. (To be perfectly honest, I didn’t know if such a thing existed, so I had to google it! Turns out, there are several recipes to create an Irish Cream Caramel sauce. Might have to try that soon!)
Anyway, this is a gotta try blend! It’s organic, VEGAN, gluten-free, allergen-friendly & alcohol free & did I mention that it’s GOOD? Like, really, really good!
organic ingredients: black teas, cacao shells, cacao nibs, vanilla bean, calendula petals & natural flavors
to brew: shake pouch well before measuring to ensure ingredients are well-incorporated. Use 3g of tea to 12oz of nearly boiling (205°F) water & steep for 3 ½ minutes. Strain & allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy!
serving suggestion: I love this hot. It’s also good as a cold drink, but I prefer it hot, it’s so delightfully delicious. It doesn’t require any sweetening, but if you prefer a sweeter drink, that’s OK – this tea will take just a teensy bit of sugar well & it will actually help accentuate the flavors nicely.
