When Will My Order Ship?
I know you’re anxious to receive your order. Please know that I’m doing everything I can to get your order out to you just as soon as possible. During times when my area (the Pacific Northwest) is experiencing very hot or very cold weather, I need to bring the packages directly to the post office to ensure that the tea you’ve ordered maintains it’s quality. Most of the time, I ship two days a week, usually at the beginning of the week (either Monday or Tuesday) and at the end of the week (either Thursday or Friday). If you place your order on Thursday through Sunday, your order will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday – Wednesday, your order will ship on the following Thursday or Friday. When my area is experiencing milder conditions, I will ship directly from my location, in which case, your package will ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
When your order has been scanned by the postal service, my shipping program generates an automated email to inform you of shipment & your tracking number so you can track the progress of your package. Sometimes, my shipping program goes a bit loopy & the email isn’t sent. I’m not sure why & I’m not tech savvy enough to figure it out, so if you don’t get the email with your tracking information within a few days of order placement, please feel free to contact me for an update!
Do You Ship WorldWide?
Yes! I can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
What Are Your Shipping Rates?
We offer a flat rate on shipping:
$6.00 for orders shipped within the US.
$23 for orders shipped to Canada.
$30 for orders shipped anywhere else.

If your package ships within the United States & your order is $65 or more.
or: if you’re shipping to Canada & your order is $165 or more.
or: if your shipping anywhere else in the world & your order is $199 or more.
We do our best to keep the shipping as low as possible for you without sacrificing quality of service. In the past, we’ve made it a practice to ship only USPS first class, although lately, we’ve noticed that USPS has lowered their game (changing most first class shipments to “ground advantage” which is slower – while UPS has upped theirs & occasionally shipping lightweight packages has become economical (depending on the actual weight) to ship via UPS. So, we reserve the right to choose which ever shipping method (either USPS first class/ground advantage or UPS) without sacrificing the quality of shipping.
Other Information About Shipping You Might Want to Know
We are happy to combine shipping on orders!
If you’re a subscriber & have placed an additional order, we are happy to ship your order with your next subscription package. Once shipment has been processed, we will refund you the difference in shipping charges.
If you place two or more orders within a close span of time & we have not yet shipped your first order, we are happy to combine the two orders & ship them together. Once shipment has been processed, we will refund you the difference in shipping charges.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food) – I am not able to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is my #1 priority: if something is not right, contact me and I’ll work with you to make it right!
