Description
This was one of my favorite teas from Frank’s era, but it’s one that I only reblended once prior to the 2025 holiday box. So, imagine how happy I was (not to mention surprised!) when this blend earned the votes to win its way into the box!
Organic Chinese Sencha blended with pears & lingonberries (aka partridgeberries). It’s sweet with just enough tartness from the lingonberries to keep it interesting. A truly lovely holiday blend that will be delicious long after the holiday tree is put into storage!
ingredients: lingonberries
organic ingredients: green tea, pears and natural flavors
to brew: use 3g of tea to 12oz of very hot water (175°F) & steep for 2 minutes. strain & enjoy!
serving suggestion: this tea tastes great hot or iced. I don’t think it requires any additions, it has a pleasant sweetness from the pears as it is so it tastes great on its own. If you do want a sweeter tea (or perhaps a bit more definition to the flavors), add a teensy bit of sweetener.
