Tea of the Week for October 3, 2016!
I was inspired to create this after seeing a recipe for a cocktail called Earl Grey Cider. I figured if there could be a cocktail called Earl Grey Cider, then there should be a tea called Earl Grey Cider too! Besides, as I'm not much of a drinker (of alcohol), this is the best way for me to try something called Earl Grey Cider.
I started with a base of organic black teas from China and India and added some bergamot oil. Then I added some dried lemon peel and freeze-dried apple bits (Granny Smith & Fuji) and a hint of bourbon essence (don't worry, it's alcohol free!) and other natural flavors.
A really interesting and TASTY twist on the classic Earl Grey!
Taster size is approximately 15g.
organic ingredients: black teas, bergamot oil, lemon peel, freeze-dried apples and natural flavors.
